If you wish to return your item, you have 30 days from the date that you received the item to mail the package back to Skyler Blue. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it and must not have been marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Final Sale items 
Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot, unfortunately, be refunded. 

Defective or Damaged Items
Oh no! If your item is defective or damaged at the time that you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible; you may be eligible for an exchange. Send us an email at hello@skylerblue.com and provide photos of the defective or damaged item, along with your order number. We take pride in offering quality products and want our customers to be happy! 

Shipping
To return or exchange an eligible product within the return policy time period, send us an email at hello @ skylerblue . com, and we will email you a return shipping label, with free shipping in the continental United States. If you are opting for an exchange, please let us know in your email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
